Medical notice and use of AI

This website informs and guides; it does not diagnose and does not replace a clinical assessment. Here we explain what you can expect from our content, from our assistant and from treatments, and what you should not expect from any of the three.

Last updated: 21 July 2026

1. Informational nature of the content

The content on this website (programme pages, treatment pages, magazine articles and assistant responses) is intended for informational and educational purposes. It is prepared or reviewed by healthcare professionals, but refers to general situations, not to your specific case.

Reading this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship arises only when you attend a consultation and a qualified healthcare professional takes on your care.

Nothing published here should be interpreted as an indication, a prescription, or a recommendation to start, change or stop any treatment or medication. Always consult your doctor before making decisions about your health.

2. Emergencies

This website and our communication channels are not an emergency service and are not staffed continuously. If you have severe symptoms or believe you may be facing a medical emergency, call 112 or go to your nearest emergency department.

Do not use chat, email or messaging to report urgent situations.

3. What our AI assistant does and does not do

Our conversational assistant uses artificial intelligence. When you talk to it, you are informed that it is an automated system.

  • What it does: guide you, answer general questions, organise the information in your case, and prepare your consultation so that the medical team has context beforehand.
  • What it does not do: diagnose, indicate or prescribe treatments, interpret diagnostic tests on its own, or replace the judgement of a professional.
  • Every clinical proposal is reviewed, decided upon and signed off by a qualified healthcare professional before being passed on to you.
  • The AI may make mistakes or provide incomplete or outdated information. Do not make health decisions based solely on its responses.
  • You may request to speak with a member of the team at any time.

4. Results and expectations

Medicine does not guarantee results. No serious professional can commit to a specific outcome, and we do not do so.

The results of any treatment depend on your starting point, your biology, your adherence to the plan, and factors that are not always predictable. Any figures, ranges and timeframes you may read on this website are drawn from the available evidence and describe what has been observed in study populations, not an individual promise.

We are committed to the correct indication, the appropriate technique, truthful information and follow-up care. Not to a guaranteed result.

5. Risks and informed consent

Every medical procedure, however minimally invasive, carries risks and possible adverse effects. We describe these expressly on each treatment page and, in greater detail, during the consultation.

Before any procedure, you will receive and sign a specific informed consent form, in accordance with Spanish Law 41/2002 on patient autonomy (Ley 41/2002), setting out the nature of the intervention, its general and personalised risks, its alternatives and its consequences. You have the right to receive this information sufficiently in advance and to revoke your consent at any time.

6. Healthcare advertising

Our communications comply with the applicable healthcare advertising regulations, in particular Royal Decree 1907/1996 and the codes of professional conduct of the healthcare professions.

Accordingly: we do not attribute to our services properties that are not supported by the evidence; we do not publish misleading testimonials or before-and-after images taken out of context; we do not use the commercial names of medicines in communications to the public; and we do not offer promotions or discounts that could lead someone to choose a treatment on the basis of price rather than medical judgement.

7. Online programmes

Some of our programmes are provided remotely. Remote care is always delivered by qualified professionals and meets the same clinical standard, but it has limits: some situations require a physical examination or in-person tests.

Where your case requires an in-person consultation or referral to another specialist, we will let you know. Telemedicine complements care; it does not replace it in every case.

8. Links and third-party content

This website may link to scientific sources, medical societies or external resources for informational purposes. We do not control their content and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or the privacy policies of those sites.

9. Liability

To the extent provided by law, Rejuvelook is not liable for damages arising from your use of the general information published on this website outside the context of a clinical assessment, nor for decisions you make without consulting a professional.

Nothing in this notice limits the liability of Rejuvelook and its professionals for healthcare actually provided, which is governed by the applicable healthcare and consumer protection regulations and is covered by professional liability insurance [DATOS DE LA PÓLIZA].
