What it is
A hormone level you measure, not guess
Testosterone affects energy, mood, muscle mass, bone density and sexual desire. It declines gradually with age, but not every man is affected equally or to the same extent.
It's only considered clinically relevant when there are compatible symptoms and confirmed low levels on a blood test, on more than one occasion. It isn't diagnosed from symptoms alone, however clear they may seem.
At Rejuvelook we diagnose on data, not assumptions. When hormone treatment is used, it's only indicated when justified and comes with follow-up; we don't treat it as a performance booster.
Who it's for
It may make sense if…
- You're noticing fatigue, reduced strength, low mood or loss of desire, and want to know if there's a hormonal cause.
- You suspect your testosterone might be low and would rather confirm it with a blood test than assume it.
- You're looking for a serious approach, with data and follow-up, not a performance supplement without a diagnosis.
- You value discretion and want to sort it out with a doctor, without exposure.
The doctor decides whether it is indicated at the consultation.
The process
How it goes, step by step.
- 01
Initial consultation
We gather your symptoms, history and goals, with complete confidentiality.
- 02
Blood tests and data
A hormonal and metabolic work-up, confirming testosterone on more than one test alongside other markers.
- 03
Medical judgement
Your doctor interprets the results, rules out what doesn't fit, and explains which options make sense for your case.
- 04
Follow-up
If there's hormone treatment, it's monitored with periodic follow-up blood tests.
Safety
Risks, and when and when we would not recommend it
Hormone treatment isn't harmless: it requires ruling out contraindications, monitoring parameters with periodic blood tests and considering aspects such as fertility, so it's never started without a diagnosis or follow-up. It isn't a booster for men with normal levels, and performance products bought outside a medical setting are a frequent source of problems. Treatment decisions are postponed where fertility plans haven't been assessed, in uncontrolled illness, or where findings call for further work-up.

How do I know if my testosterone is low?
Suspecting it from symptoms isn't enough. It's confirmed with a blood test, on more than one occasion, assessed together with the full picture. Fatigue, reduced strength, low mood or loss of desire can point to it, but don't diagnose it on their own.
Can I take testosterone for more energy or muscle?
It isn't a performance supplement. It's a medical treatment for men with a confirmed deficiency and symptoms. At normal levels it offers no clear benefit and can carry risks.
Is hormone treatment safe?
When properly indicated and monitored, it can be safe and effective. It requires ruling out contraindications, monitoring parameters with periodic blood tests and considering aspects such as fertility. It's never started without a diagnosis or follow-up.
Is everything confidential?
Discretion is part of the service. Your health data is handled with reinforced confidentiality and explicit consent. You can sort out your case with a doctor without exposure.
Is everything done online?
Yes, the consultation and follow-up happen by video call, wherever you live in Spain. Blood tests are done at a centre near you. If your case needs a specific in-person exam, we'll point you towards it.
How much does it cost?
You see the consultation fee before you pay anything. If a follow-up plan makes sense, you get its price in writing and decide in your own time. Lab tests and medication, when indicated, are paid separately, directly to the lab and the pharmacy.
Does improving my habits actually help?
A lot. Losing excess weight, sleeping better, moving more and looking after your metabolic health improves the hormonal profile in many cases, sometimes before any medication is needed.
How often are the check-ups?
It depends on your plan and whether there's hormone treatment, which calls for periodic follow-up blood tests. The frequency is adjusted to your case to maintain safety and results.
